how do I wash my bandana?

wash only in cold water with like colors. slight fading is to be expected because of the hand-dyeing. iron the bandana or hankie print side down on the cotton setting.

why is my bandana a different shade of color than the one pictured on the website?

during hand-dyeing, the bandanas are lowered into the dye pot and are saturated a bit differently from each other. furthermore, as the dye is spent we add a little more of this or that. this makes the shade and depth of color on each bandana just a little bit different. this is one of our favorite things about these products, making them truly one of a kind.

what is your return policy?

we only accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased directly from jenni earle. goods purchased from our stockists must be returned to the store from which it was purchased.

we accept any item for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. to begin a return, contact us at holler@jenniearle.com within 14 days of delivery to receive return instructions. when your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling.

if you are unhappy with your item, we are happy to offer exchanges of the same item(s) on all jenni earle goods. contact us at holler@jenniearle.com within 14 days of delivery to being the exchange process.

when will i get my order?

jenni earle ships nationwide in the U.S, and to some international locations. We strive to fulfill your order within 5 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be emailed tracking information to track the status of your order.  

If you type your address incorrectly, and we haven't shipped your product yet, please email shipping@jenniearle.com to get your address changed. If you type your address incorrectly, and we've already shipped your product, you are responsible for retrieving this product or contacting the carrier system directly to re-route the package. 

If your package says delivered through the online tracking information, please thoroughly check your address, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier service directly to file a claim. If all this fails, please reach out and let us know.

do you ship internationally?

yes! We ship internationally to most locations USPS services. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Please allow up to ten (10) days from shipping confirmation to receive International packages.
