Refund policy

we only accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased directly from jenni earle. goods purchased from our stockists must be returned to the store from which it was purchased.

with the exception of Final Sale items, we accept any item for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. to begin a return, contact us at shipping@jenniearle.com within 14 days of delivery to receive return instructions. when your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling.

if you are unhappy with your item, we are happy to offer exchanges of the same item(s) on all jenni earle goods. contact us at shipping@jenniearle.com within 14 days of delivery to being the exchange process.
