navy shine vintage one-of-a-kind vest

i've never been able to pass up a great puffer vest at thrift stores.
i've embellished this made in the USA one with a horseshoe and flower on the back. it has a great line of tan piping and a little embroidered horseshoe on the front.
if you love it, grab it!! there's only ever gonna be one!
