Shipping policy
jenni earle ships nationwide in the U.S, and to some international locations. We strive to fulfill your order within 5 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be emailed tracking information to track the status of your order.
If you type your address incorrectly, and we haven't shipped your product yet, please email shipping@jenniearle.com to get your address changed. If you type your address incorrectly, and we've already shipped your product, you are responsible for retrieving this product or contacting the carrier system directly to re-route the package.
If your package says delivered through the online tracking information, please thoroughly check your address, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier service directly to file a claim. If all this fails, please reach out and let us know.
We also ship internationally to most locations USPS services. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Please allow up to ten (10) days from shipping confirmation to receive International packages.
